1 medium white cabbage
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Steps to Make It
Remove the first leaves of cabbage and grated very finely.
cabbage in a container of cold salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and rinse under cold water.
Drain it by squeezing with your hands and put it back in a clean salad bowl.
Mix with the sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Serve decorated with a few slices of cucumber and slices of carrots.
